Tanvir is a PhD candidate in the Department of Social and Political Sciences, University of Glasgow, UK. Their work cuts across several disciplines with interests in decoloniality, oral history conservation, identity politics, arts for social change, and community organising. They have published academic and non-academic essays, and produced cultural texts (video, zine, drawing) around gender, sexuality, and diversity. Tanvir is one of the directors of Oboyob Diversity Circle, a queer collective in Bangladesh.
