Nivedita Biswas

Nivedita Biswas founded Polity Action Lab (PAL), a volunteer-driven initiative working at the intersections of policy, politics, and gender. PAL builds support systems through mentorship and funding pathways to help grassroots independent community leaders enter and sustain political life, alongside building evidence through independent policy and political research. Nivedita brings a decade of multidisciplinary experience across sociology, advertising, social work and more recently, political work. She aspires to enter electoral politics in the future.
